Returns
You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receiving your item.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@maisonalyan.com and include your order number in the message. Our customer support team will guide you through the process and provide return instructions.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
- You must include your order number, name, address, and (if provided) RMA number in the package.
- Return requests must be made and the item shipped within 30 days of receipt.
Return Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- In the case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Maison Alyan will cover return shipping costs.

Change of Mind:
You may return your item within 30 days if it is unused and in its original condition. -
Defective or Damaged Items:
If your product arrives defective or damaged, please email us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the item. Once reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement or cover your return shipping. -
Incorrect Item Received:
If you received the wrong item, contact us and we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost. -
Item Not Delivered:
If your package has not arrived within 30 days of shipment, please contact us for a refund or reshipment.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
- Once the return is received and inspected, we aim to process your refund within 2–3 business days.
- A confirmation email will be sent once your refund has been issued.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for unused items returned in their original packaging. To request an exchange, please contact us at info@maisonalyan.com.
Shipping & Liability
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns and sharing the tracking number with us.
- For deliveries that do not require a signature, Maison Alyan is not responsible for packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier. No refunds or credits will be issued in such cases.
