3. Where do you ship?

Currently, we ship within the UK only.

4. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping within the UK costs £4.49 for Standard Delivery (3–4 business days) and £4.99 for Next Working Day Delivery (available for orders placed before 4 PM GMT).
Orders over £45 GBP (after discounts) qualify for free standard shipping.

5. How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 2–3 hours of confirmation.

  • Standard Delivery: Arrives in 3–4 business days after dispatch.

  • Next Working Day Delivery: Orders placed before 4 PM (GMT) arrive the next business day.
    Orders placed after 4 PM or on weekends/public holidays are processed the next business day.

6. Do you provide order tracking?

Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order on our Order Tracking Page.

7. What happens if my order is delayed?

While we aim for timely delivery, external factors (such as weather or carrier delays) may affect shipping. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days, please contact us for a refund or reshipment.

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving the product. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all labels and tags.

9. How do I return an item?

  2. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back to us.

10. Who covers the return shipping cost?

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

11. When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 2-3 business days to your original payment method.
