What is the minimum order quantity? +
Our minimum order is 10 units. You can mix and match across all four scents (White Musk, White Flowers) as long as the total reaches the minimum.
Do you ship internationally? +
Yes, we ship wholesale orders internationally. Shipping costs and delivery times will be confirmed as part of your personalised quote. We currently have stockists in the UK and Italy.
How long does delivery take? +
UK wholesale orders are typically dispatched within 10 - 14 business days of payment confirmation. International orders may take longer depending on your location and customs processing.
Can I get samples before placing a full order? +
You can place an order directly from the website without a subscription.
Is custom or white-label packaging available? +
Custom labelling and white-label options are available for Distributor-tier orders (400+ units). Please mention this requirement in your enquiry and our team will advise on options and lead times.
What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept bank transfer (BACS), Stripe for wholesale orders. Payment terms will be agreed as part of your wholesale account setup. First orders are typically prepaid.
